Health Care Provider CPR with AED
This Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon course incorporates the new 2005 CPR guidelines and is targeted for Health Care Providers or candidates going into the following professions: Physician, nurses, EMR's, EMT's, Paramedics and Allied Health Care Providers - RT, OT's and PT's.
Approximate course length: 4-4.5hrs
Minimum class size to start a class: 6 students

Recertification - CPR Health Care Provider
This is a recertification course designed for candidates that have a current CPR-Health Care Provider certification from a first aid training agency.

CPR Level C with AED Certification
The course covers skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies for adults, children and babies as well as other topics such as choking, airway and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission. An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification is included where legislation permits.

BLS for Healthcare Provider Student
The 2006 student workbook for the Heartsaver AED Course contains updated content and updated science from the 2005 Guidelines.
