LIFESAVER PRE-FILTER SPONGE

Prevent damage to your LifeSaver cartridge with the replaceable LifeSaver pre-filter scavenging sponge.

Pre-filter sponges prevent dirt and debris from entering the LifeSaver bottle and can be fitted to either the LifeSaver Bottle 4000UF or 6000UF. The sponge protects the cartridge membranes from objects such as gravel, sand, sticks and mud, prolonging the life of the LifeSaver cartridge. Your pre-filter sponge may also be used as a scavenging sponge, use it to soak up water from hard to reach areas like cracks in rocks or shallow puddles.

It is suggested that you replace the pre-filter scavenging sponge every 6 months given average use.
